1. Raffle organizer

2. Participation in the raffle

Participation in the raffle takes place as separately announced in connection with the raffle. The start and end time of the draw will also be announced separately in connection with the draw. Ruokaboksi will draw a winner among all those who participated in the draw. All natural persons over the age of 18 living in the Czech Republic can participate in the draw. Employees of Ruokaboksi and persons living in the same household with employees who have participated in the implementation or arrangements of the draw cannot participate in the draw.

3. Completion of the draw

The prize will be drawn during the first week of the month following the end of the draw. The lottery is conducted by Ruokaboksi.

4. Award

a. Monthly raffle: the winner will receive €400 in credits to their Ruokaboksi account. Winning requires creating your own account. Kreditit works on Ruokaboksi's platform as money for buying products. With the winning amount, you can buy all the products on offer. Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of the draw.

b. Annual raffle: the winner will receive free Food Boxes for a year, i.e. a maximum of 52 free Food Boxes. The value of the prize is a maximum of €5,035, depending on which Ruokaboksi product the raffle winner chooses. The benefit is valid for the following 52 weeks from the draw date.

The raffle prize cannot be exchanged for money or any other commodity.

c. The Meta lead form giveaway campaign is valid from 13 May 2026 to 7 June 2026. The prize includes one week of meals from Ruokaboksi (€99) as well as Roslund sous vide beef entrecôte steaks 2 x 200g and Roslund cooked pork ribs approx. 1 kg delivered to the winner’s home. The prize will be delivered as credits to the winner’s customer account. Claiming the prize requires creating a customer account. Credits function as currency on the Ruokaboksi platform and can be used to purchase any available products. The credits are valid for 1 month from the date of the draw.

d. The “Summer Jackpot” campaign is valid from 1 June 2026 to 27 July 2026. The campaign is open to individuals who register for the campaign during the campaign period via the campaign landing page or through a link included in campaign emails. Each Ruokaboksi delivered during the campaign period and each additional product purchased from the add-on store counts as one raffle entry in the draw. The prize is one month of meals from Ruokaboksi awarded as credits to the winner’s customer account. Claiming the prize requires creating a customer account. Credits function as a payment method on the Ruokaboksi platform and are valid for 3 months from the date of the draw. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation. The draw will take place on 3 August 2026.

e. The “Order More, Win More” campaign is valid from 1 June 2026 to 27 July 2026. The campaign is open to individuals who register for the campaign during the campaign period via the campaign landing page or through a link included in campaign emails. In the campaign, participants may win up to five times the number of Ruokaboksi deliveries received during the campaign period as credits to their customer account, up to a maximum of 45 boxes (if ordering during all 9 campaign weeks). For example, 1 delivered box entitles the participant to a prize of up to 5 boxes, and 9 delivered boxes entitle the participant to a prize of up to 45 boxes. The prize will be delivered as credits to the winner’s Ruokaboksi customer account. Credits function as a payment method on the Ruokaboksi platform and are valid for 12 months from the date of the draw. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation. The draw will take place on 3 August 2026.

5. Notifying the winners and handing over the prize

After the draw ends, Ruokaboksi will notify the winner personally. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner. Redeeming the prize requires that the Ruokaboksi recipe boxes can be delivered to an address in the Ruokaboksi delivery area (See delivery area).

We will try to contact the winner at least three times within 7 days (for the monthly draw) or within 14 days (for the yearly draw). If we are unable to reach the winner before the deadline, we will draw a new winner to replace them.

6. Costs related to the prize

Ruokaboksi offers the prize to the winner, and is responsible for the expenses related to the prize of the draw, such as the statutory lottery tax. However, the winner of the prize is responsible for all other possible costs related to receiving or using the prize or participating in the raffle.

7. Processing of personal data

Ruokaboksi processes the personal data provided by the participants, such as name, phone number, postal address and email, for the purpose of conducting the draw, informing the winners and delivering the prize. Personal data will not be used for direct marketing purposes without the participant's prior consent (opt-in). 8. Other conditions of the draw

By participating in the Ruokaboksi raffle, participants agree to follow these rules. Ruokaboksi has the right to ignore or reject entries that are incorrect or do not comply with these rules. Ruokaboksi publishes the winner's first name on its website.

Promotional Content
The winner agrees to take part in a photo or video session with Yummy at a mutually agreed time and place. Yummy will use the resulting content for marketing purposes, including paid Meta ads, social media, websites and landing pages.
